Element

Everything in the form is an element - structure included. There are 33 types in three kinds: structure, content, input. More on this

Group

A structure element that becomes a section with its own heading in the storefront. Groups only sit at the top level. More on this

Row

A structure element that divides up the width. The twelve-column grid only applies inside a row. More on this

Width

A share of twelve: 12 is the whole row, 6 a half, 4 a third, 3 a quarter. Outside a row always full.

Condition

A rule on an element that decides whether it appears. Several conditions are OR-linked. More on this

Source

The field a condition looks at. 18 of the 23 input types are eligible. More on this

Assignment

The entry that attaches a form to products or to orders. Not to be confused with the block in a shopping experience - there you pick the form directly. More on this

Priority

A number on the assignment. If several match the same product, the higher one wins. More on this

Rule

A rule from the Shopware rule builder attached to an assignment. If it does not apply at the moment of the call, the assignment drops out. Not the same as a condition on an element.

Submission

A submitted form, stored with its values and their labels. It sits in the history and can be exported as CSV. More on this

Context

Where a submission came from: a product with its article number, an order with its number, or nothing. More on this

Confirmation

What takes the place of the form after it is submitted: free text or one of the four message kinds. More on this

Shopping experience

The pages that can be assembled from blocks in Shopware. There the form sits as a block or as an element. More on this
