As a block
In the editor under the form blocks. You drag it into a section, and it brings its own place with it.

Both are called "Form Manager", and both show the same thing.
In the editor under the form blocks. You drag it into a section, and it brings its own place with it.
For when a section with the right layout already exists: you swap one of its elements for the form.
The element has one single setting: the form. Position, spacing and width come from the section, just like with any other block.
Shopping experience
Block "Form Manager" from the forms category, with the chosen form
The block sits between the other sections and brings its own place with it.
A form from a shopping experience has no product or order reference.
In the history the context column stays empty. Form, sales channel, customer and date are still there, and so are the entered values.
Whoever needs that reference - "which article was the question about?" - places the form through an assignment rather than a block.
A form is not tied to a sales channel - the same form can be used in several shopping experiences and in several channels. The channel is only recorded on the submission.
Block and element for any page in the editor.
Three positions, three display modes, one assignment.
In the customer account, with the order number as context.
